1. Cancellation Policy
For Physical Products (Books, Merch, Student Startups)
You can cancel an order for physical items (like books or SehatSe snacks) only before it has been shipped. Once the order is dispatched/shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- To cancel, please email support@ishkol.in with your Order ID immediately.
- If cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be initiated within 24-48 hours.
For Digital Courses & Programs
Subscription-based services or mentorship programs (like "The Young Entrepreneurs Launchpad") can be cancelled at any time. However, refunds for previous payments depend on the specific refund window mentioned below.
2. Refund Policy for Digital Courses
We want you to be confident in your learning journey. Therefore, we offer a satisfaction guarantee on our digital courses:
- 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with a course, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
- Condition: To prevent abuse, refunds are only approved if you have completed less than 20% of the course content.
- Live Classes/Workshops: Refunds for live workshops are not applicable once the batch has started.
3. Return & Refund for Physical Products
We accept returns for physical items only under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective: If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect.
- Wrong Item: If you received a product different from what you ordered.
Process: You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by sending photos of the damaged item to our support email. Once approved, we will either send a replacement (free of cost) or initiate a refund.
Note: We do not accept returns for "change of mind" on physical products once delivered.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
Once a refund is approved by our team:
- The amount will be refunded to your original payment method (Credit Card, UPI, or Bank Transfer).
- It typically takes 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing speed.
