Student Intellectual Property (The Launchpad):
Unique to Ishkol, we believe in student ownership. Any business idea, product prototype, brand name (e.g., SehatSe), or original work created by a student during the "Young Entrepreneurs Launchpad" program remains the intellectual property of that student/team. Ishkol retains only the right to showcase these works for marketing and educational purposes.

4. Student-Run Startups & Products

Our platform may feature products sold by student entrepreneurs (e.g., snacks, soaps, crafts).

• These products are created by students as part of an educational process.
• While Ishkol mentors and supervises quality, we make no warranties regarding specific health claims or industrial standards of student-made products unless explicitly stated.
• Purchasing these products supports the student's educational journey.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose. You must not harass, threaten, or impersonate other users. Any student found cheating or plagiarizing in our courses or quizzes may face suspension from the program.

6. Payments and Billing

All prices listed for courses and products are in Indian Rupees (INR). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Taxes are applicable as per Government of India regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

Adhyatm Resources Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our physical centers. Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
