1. Digital Products (Courses & E-Books)
For all online courses, mentorship programs (like "The Young Entrepreneurs Launchpad"), and digital downloads:
- Delivery: Instant. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment.
- Access Method: You will receive a confirmation email with login details to the Ishkol Learning Management System (LMS) or a direct download link.
- No Shipping Fees: There are zero shipping charges for digital products.
2. Physical Products (Merchandise & Student Startups)
For physical items such as books, Ishkol merchandise, or products purchased from our student startups (e.g., SehatSe snacks, soaps):
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Timelines
We partner with reputed courier services (Delhivery, BlueDart, India Post) to ensure safe delivery.
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days.
- Rest of India: 5-7 business days.
- Andaman & Nicobar Islands: Delivery times may vary based on local logistics.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the product and your location. The final shipping cost will be displayed at the checkout page before you make a payment.
- Standard Shipping: Nominal rates apply based on location.
- Free Shipping: Occasionally available on orders above a certain value (check current offers).
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with a Tracking ID and a link to track your package in real-time.
5. International Shipping
Currently, Ishkol only ships physical products within India. Digital courses, however, can be accessed from anywhere in the world.
6. Damaged or Lost Items
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery/expected delivery.
